Step 1 for Vendors: Overview

NOTE: As of 3/5/18, the available vendor booth spaces have been reserved. However, there is a waiting list. Since some reservations get cancelled or fall through, applicants from the waiting list will be considered in the order in which they were received. If you wish to be on the waiting list, please fill out the application, linked below.

The new venue for 2018 Police Week will be outdoors in Lot 8 at RFK Stadium, 2400 East Capital Street S.E. Washington D.C. 20003. To ensure security, the area will be surrounded by fencing.

The dates for 2018 Police Week will be:

• Sunday, May 13
• Monday, May 14
• Tuesday, May 15

As a vendor, you must be set up and ready to sell by 11:00 a.m. each morning.

Sunday and Monday, you are encouraged to stay until midnight to earn your maximum potential for sales.

Should you choose to close down before 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, you will forfeit an invitation to participate in 2019 Police Week events.

When your application is accepted and you make payment, you are committing to THREE FULL DAYS of vending. Please make sure you have enough merchandise to accommodate the crowds that will be attending. Additionally, please make sure that you have brochures should you sell out of merchandise.

Each vendor's space (a white tent with coverage on three sides) is approximately 10' x 10' and includes electricity. Should you require more space, tent prices are found on the next page, once you click on "Step 2: Prices, Rules and Application" (below). All merchandise to be sold must fit inside the tent space. You will not be allowed to spill out into the walkways.

This event does not promote book or music sales, due to lack of interest in past years; therefore, merchants who sell these items will not be sold a booth.

As in past years, DC Lodge #1 will provide the adult beverages, sodas, a food area, and music for listening and dancing.

Please be aware that many attendees have let us know they will be bringing their children during daytime hours; therefore, we are asking vendors to find a way to engage with children during that time period and possibly provide an item for them.

Please review the pricing information in Step 2 and fill out the online application with your choice of booth size and additional options (follow the link below). If you are accepted as a vendor you will be contacted and invoiced for the proper amount due for the event. At that time, payment method can be determined, either by check or invoiced through PayPal.

Thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you.
